Sad sale of a much-loved pony who is now outgrown.

Betty is a super fun allrounder, in the past two years we've had her we've done lots of pony club events, rallies and camps, and unaffiliated SJ. Many placings at pony club events and unaffiliated. She's great in open spaces and out hacking, either as the lead or behind, and is well-established in all disciplines.

She would be an ideal second pony. She is forward-going so needs a competent, balanced rider who is experienced. Her previous owner had her for 7 years, and is known to us.

She's happy to be in or out however does need all year round turn out and prefers to be around others. Good to handle for farrier and to be clipped. Up to date with vaccinations, teeth, physio, chiro and worming.

It's important we find her the perfect home where she will continue to be well cared for and we would want to stay in contact. A lightweight teen or small adult that enjoys riding club, PC, fun rides or hacking and dressage would be ideal! She likes to be kept busy.

Price includes tack. More photos and videos available.

Azalea is a friendly beautiful cob Mare, plenty of mane and feather. Nice bone. 7 years. Everyone’s friend. She loves attention. Will stand for hours to be groomed (would live in the house if you let her!)

Broken to ride and going nicely but can be a little green on times.

She has been hacking out alone and in company, first or last, takes it all in her stride. Been ridden by adults and children. All the hard work is done she just needs some miles putting on the clock now. Which is reflected in her price.

Been ridden in the school and trotting over poles.

Currently hacking out a few times a week so is half fit.

Lovely kind pony for someone to produce over the summer.

Clean legs. No lami, no stable vices, no sweetitch.

She is easy to have around, loves a pamper and fuss, good to catch, groom, farrier, load, travel, gets along well with mares, geldings, big or small.

Wormed, vaccinated to date. Lots of videos available on request.

Mags was purchased a little over a year ago for a nervous rider coming off a kick along first ridden type, needing something to take her further. Within a matter of months he had taken her from jumping 50cm courses to popping fences at 90cm plus. He is a really smart pony who knows his job, even if his rider doesn’t see a stride, he will make it and jumps for fun. As he did for us he is capable of stepping down for a nervous ride while building their confidence.

Prior to our purchasing him, he was ridden by two other young riders who he took through pony club and regularly competed he was hunted, did stay away shows, pony club camps and fun rides.

Currently Mags is at school with my daughter where he is her sole responsibility and is easy for a child to look after. He comes home to livery for the holidays and takes moving and new places in his stride. My daughter hacks alone for hours with him and he has proved safe and sensible, unfazed by traffic of any kind and is great in open spaces.

He will travel by lorry or trailer, stands quietly tied to the vehicle at shows and is the same well behaved pony whether ridden at home or away. He is a forward going ride and can occasionally give an excited buck when hacking in a group but it is nothing nasty just enthusiasm, that said he is not strong, will listen to his ridder and has good brakes, he is snaffle mouthed.

Mags was diagnosed with low grade EMS two summers ago. However with a change of diet and careful weight management he has been fit and well ever since and it does not affect him in any way, nevertheless his price does reflects this and I am happy to discuss his condition further.
He is good to shoe, up to date with vaccinations, dentist and worming and he can be clipped without sedation. All in all he is a cracking little pony who is sadly outgrown, we wish we’d found him sooner so we could have made the most of all this lovely chap has to offer.

Price includes nearly new Kent&Masters jump saddle, bridle and full wardrobe.

Over the coming half term, 25th May - 1st June, he can be viewed in Hertfordshire (nr J 22 M25), during term time he can be viewed in Wiltshire

Oliver - Such a special pony! 13.3h 8yo Welsh x Cob gelding.

Always good to handle and look after. Loves a bottom scratch! Good to load, farrier, clip, catch etc.

Rides well in the school and will easily ride in a nice outline/contact if asked. Responsive without being sharp - he goes when asked and stops when asked. Snaffle mouth and not silly or fizzy.

Loves jumping and is bold and brave. Schooled around 80/90 with ease and always willing. We’ve done a few arena hires - both show jumping and arena eventing so he’s more than ready to get out to competitions & Pony Club. Would love to see him out competing & doing some showjumping, PC eventing/Hunter trials but he’s equally as happy playing around at home!

Hacks out sensibly and good in traffic. Can sometimes need reassurance leaving the yard and tries to come back home but once out he is fine and when hacked regularly he is fine too - just needs to get used to the routine!

Would love a competent, second pony rider that wants to enjoy him as he really is a cool pony!

  • Ready to go on either as a hacking pony or make super pony club pony

Super little mare ready to go on either as a hacking pony or make super pony club pony for the right child. Betty has a lovely straight forward attitude with a super soft mouth. Never strong or hard in the mouth. Not spooky or fizzy. Very patient when out hacking. Sound in all types of traffic including push bikes. Betty has done a bit in her early years then had a couple of foals. I have spent time with her schooling and mainly hacking. I don't have an area so it is mostly hacking and field work.

She is a very correct mare with sound confirmation and a good stamp able to take a small adult , teenager or 2nd pony for a child moving up. She would make an ideal pony for a family share. She would be good for pleasure rides , beach rides and generally a fun pony .

She is currently unshod with very strong feet. She is due a set of shoes in a week as I am now doing more road work.

Please contact me for more information and videos.

SKYE - Absolutely fabulous LR or second pony.

She has lots of achievements to her name - has taken part in most pony club activities, won tadpole tetrathlons and qualified for grassroots pony club ODE in September 2023.

She has some great schooling and will go on the buckle end and make the rider work, or for the more capable rider she works into a contact, has some lovely walk/ canter transitions and produces a smart dressage test - much like a small horse!

She enjoys her jumping and will take you to the fences around a course. She is a confidence giver but probably more a second pony type or a lovely ride for a small adult. She is unflappable, brave and generally unphased with life.

Hacks out alone and with others, doesn't hot up in company.

Easy to have around, lives in or out - she has a quiet, easy going nature. Lovely for children to handle.

Had been in the same home with a young boy for 3 years who out grew her.

Can be seen at A.E Equestrian - Ellesmere, Shropshire.

Very difficult decision to sell our beautiful 14.2hh mare, Amber. She is one of those ponies that everyone loves and becomes part of the family. She is 15 years old.

She will try everything, has done a range of pony club activities, camps, beach rides, loads of hacking, moorland trips - and is a happy, safe, sensible and willing pony.

She loves jumping and cross country and will pop anything pointed at her, almost never refuses or spooks - a hugely reliable pony. She’ll do dressage and has some lovely paces but it isn’t her forte and she can sometimes struggle a bit to keep her canter.

We have had her for just over a year and she’s done her job too well - building my then 10, now 11 year old (tall) daughter’s confidence immensely and taking her from jumping 50/60 competitively to 70/85s and she’s doing a couple of 90 courses. However my daughter is now ready to move on to 80s/90s as her competition height, and Amber is more comfortable stepping back a bit and jumping up to 70 competitively.

At home she’s jumped individual fences at over a metre, she is the most willing and gorgeous pony to have around. We have also used her as a mother-daughter share with me popping on when I’m allowed (!) and my much smaller, younger daughter also rides and jumps her safely.

In the past year she has qualified individually for mini champs in the 50 and 60cm classes, qualified for the 60 and 70cm Sunshine Tour at Hickstead, placed 5th in the NSEA 70-75cm class along with bringing home many local competition rosettes.

My 11 year old rides her out alone at home including hacking, jumping and being out for canters and gallops in big open fields, and I know she’s safe.
She is a fantastic second pony, or even a first pony for a taller child, teen or adult - she will step right down and with her last family was happily taking a child over 40cm courses competitively, just as she’d then step up and go and do a competitive 70cm. She is truly versatile for someone at the right stage for her.

We are gutted to be selling her after a year and a half of having her, but my daughter knows she wants to keep progressing with jumping heights, and we want Amber to be happy in her job which is more comfortable up to 70, with perhaps the odd 80. She has taught us SO much.

She has brilliant ground manners, great for farrier, to clip etc, loads well. She’s up to date with vaccinations.

She will live in our out, and happy to live alongside mares or geldings.

We are still in touch with her two previous owners, who come out to watch her competing, and we very much want to find a family who will love her as much as we do and keep in touch, are looking for a 5* home.

She will come with full wardrobe including custom-made saddle.

Seamie is a truly wonderful, well built sturdy gentleman who is light on his feet, with a heart of gold and plenty of talent.

A traditional Irish pony, who’s participated in all pony club activities with the Meath pony club in Ireland. Extremely experienced out hunting and has several seasons with the Meath hunt under his belt, he will take on the widest of ditches and biggest if hedges without a blink, he is sure footed and totally reliable in the field.

A machine cross country, very brave, honest and reliable. Competed ODE, Hunter trials, pairs jumping.
Would be ready for a BE career.

Seamie rides well in the school with attractive paces, great balance and a comfortable canter. Will turn a hoof in the show ring too with some training.

Competed SJ competitions at 80/90cm level. Has a bold jump and a forgiving nature, a great technique and naturally careful. Certainly would affiliate BS and be a super fun pony to produce further and put your own stamp on for BN/ Discovery classes.

Very good to hack, alone and in company, in open spaces and all types of traffic.

A real one in a million, very special, super-cob pony.

Jasper was a late starter but has the most fabulous attitude and temperament for his work. He was professionally broken last year and has come on in leaps and bounds. He is working nicely on the flat and has great scope and technique over a fence. He scored well in his first Intro dressage test qualifying for the Amersham Championships. He has been show jump and cross country schooling, which he loves, and has been placed in all his show jumping competitions to date. Jasper is always ridden by children but also takes an adult if required.

He has super paces, moves straight and would also be suitable for showing. His temperament is second to none. Totally safe and trustworthy to be handled and ridden by children at all times. He is super well mannered at shows, stands and waits his turn on the lorry with no issues. He is excellent to load and travel in a lorry or trailer, on his own or with company.

Jasper is great to catch, comes straight to you. Hacks out alone or in company in all traffic, good with the farrier. Is currently barefoot but could be shod if required. Lives out with others and can be stabled, on his own if necessary.

Jasper has huge potential in all disciplines. A totally genuine, well mannered, super looking cob. Ideal for all the family, mum and children to share.

No vices, no health issues. Vaccinated.

Jasper is a much loved pony and it is hoped that he will find the super knowledgeable family home that he deserves.

She has literally done everything with a then 10yr old child. Done pony club, dressage, show jumping, camps, clinics, beach and pleasure rides, hunted, and even pony racing!

She is the most loveliest person and has really looked after him. She is more of a kick than a pull ride in the arena but then equally can get her going when jumping xc, ect.

Very well bred beautiful pony. We have owned Mino for 6 years and this is a heartbreaking sale but feel needs to go to another little girl to teach to ride. In the 6 years we have had him my daughter has never fallen off!

He is well schooled and would make lovely dressage pony. Very safe and easy pony, good to hack, 100% in traffic and good in open spaces. My daughter regularly rides him bareback and he has lovely manners. Has done unaffiliated showjumping and is happy to go slowly round cross poles with small jockey. Been cross country schooling and was great. Do not want him to go to a BS home.

Good in pony club rallies, pole work etc.

He is an absolute dream to keep and do.

Stunning Welsh section C for sale. Real headturner with incredible paces and breeding.

Duster is a 5yo welsh section C gelding.

Bay with 4 perfect matching whites and a stripe!

13.3h/14h with lots of filling out to do. He has beautiful paces and will be a winner In the show ring. He is incredibly well bred and has a Welsh pony passport

Hes very chilled and has no vices. Super friendly and loves fuss. He lives out Currently and is in a mixed herd and gets on with mares and geldings.

He's been to a few shows and been placed at every show.

Duster has been backed since a 3yo but taken very gently and only hacked until basics were established and then turned away again to grow.

This year he has done more hacking and has just spent a week with a professional learning the art of the arena.

He is now starting to work into a consistent outline and is walking, trotting and doing some basic canter work, also popping 70cm with great ease. He has a beautiful movement and a canter to die for.

He has also been taken out into the open fields where he was extremely mannerly and sensible in walk trot and canter.

Duster was purchased as a yearling and has grown up in a family home surrounded by children of all ages, one with learning disabilities and we trust duster to be loose on the yard with these children, as well as dogs ,cats, mares, geldings, shetlands and youngstock. He just fits in. Duster is good to catch, load, travel, be groomed, bathed and good for the farrier and dentist.

Duster is looking for a home that has the ability to continue to educate him, and take him on to be the competition pony he absolutely aspires to be.

This pony is going to be a very suitable kids/teenagers competition / pony club pony and is not naughty or silly, but he does need furthering in his education. He needs a rider who has a greater level of experience than him who can teach and guide him.

He's been handled by children and is very sweet. He is so easy going. Looking for new home through no fault of his own, really genuine sale. Please get in contact if you require any more information.

Our wonderful 13.2 is looking for a new home.

He has been there and done it all and is the most honest and genuine pony. His true love is hacking and trail hunting and we have had many happy days with him. He is now looking for a quieter life where he hacks, does fun rides and has a few days trail hunting.

He is so sensible and safe out hacking and really enjoys it. He is 100% in all traffic and farm machinery. Used to all sorts of animals having lived on a farm.

He has had laminitis, so needs careful grass management but we manage this with a good routine. He does like company, so wouldn’t be able to live alone.

He will only go to a loving and knowledgable home.

Beautiful 10 year old grey pony standing at 13.2 hands. We have had the absolute pleasure of Princess for four years and she has given my daughter so much joy and confidence.

It is a very reluctant sale to see her go but my daughter has sadly outgrown her. She has been a mothers dream for a first pony and has taken my daughter so far.

This talented pony loves to jump 40cm-1m and has had a successful show record at unaffiliated shows and has schooled round all the larger British eventing xc fences always giving her best.

She turns her hoof to flat work, cross country, trail hunting, hacking out and is super safe on the roads in groups of others or individually, also a pleasure to ride on the beach and bareback.

Princess has never shown any vices on or off the ground. She is super easy to load, shoe, clip and gets along well with others in the field. Don't miss the chance to own this fantastic pony that is sure to bring joy to her next jockey.

Can be seen and tried in Great Hallingbury, Hertfordshire.
