The time has come to find Archie a new jockey. Archie is available as my daughter is out of ponies. He has been with us for 6 years and has been ridden and competed by both of my daughters.

Archie has potential as a team pony. He is incredibly easy to do and has an exceptional temperament. Because of this he can easily be ridden by an amateur or a smaller and younger jockey.

Archie will hack out alone or in company. He travels alone to shows and stays away without any problems.

He is up to date with vaccinations, farrier, teeth, worming etc.

Sonny is a wonderful pony who has given us more than 2.5 years of fun and enormous success. Dressage has become his forte, he moves beautifully and judges love him. Established counter canter and medium, beginning to work elementary at home. More red rosettes at PC, NSEA and unaffiliated than we can count. Started BD in 2023 and focused on Quest winning most outings and regular 70%+ scores. He has won both classes at both BD shows he’s done in 2024 and has summer area scores already. He will easily qualify for PC/NSEA champs.

Since last autumn they have qualified for;


NSEA National Championships at prelim (finished just outside top 10 in a huge competitive class)
BD Quest National Championships U21 Novice (finished in top third doing their 3rd ever Novice test!)
RC Winter Championships 2024 at prelim - winning the qualifer as an individual
PC Spring Festival Championships at Novice and Intermediate (placed 6th in the warm up class at champs in Feb)
BD COmbined Training National Championships (qualifying with over 70%)

We haven't had time do do BD youth squads but he'd be perfect at this and would definitely be chosen for teams. So much potential to move up the levels and be even more successful than he has already.

Done all PC activities with us including camp. Qualifed for the PC 70cm regional SJ champs 2023 and jumped superbly at finals. Loves rallies, training, xc schooling and does this happily up to 90/1m. Done ODEs and hunter trials plus won and placed show jumping up to 80cm. Extremely scopey with excellent technique. Likes a positive and confident rider to jump. I do believe he'll make a consistent jump pony in the future, he needs more miles on the clock in the ring at lower levels if he does this alongside dressage.

Hacks alone and in company, easy to do in every way including loading and travelling like a dream. Will stand all day at shows and at home to be fussed and pampered. Easy at stay away shows. Lives in or out. Shod in front and barefoot behind. Cuddly, loving and adores his humans.

We'd love to find him a home where he can continue his dressage career and make another childs dreams come true. He'd be very happy to be a PC pony alongside. He has turned my daughter from a gung-ho 9 year old to a very competitive and acomplished 12 year old jockey who is ready to do BE. This is a heartbreaking sale as we adore him. He'll only go to a 5* home who will love and cherish him as he deserves.

He is safe and fun but a forward thinking competition pony and so not suitable as a first pony or for a novice/nervous child.
